client is part of a very large fruit and vegetable supplier to the UK
retail sectors and have an enviable record of success and ambitious
plans to grow the business further. Their customers like what they do,
it's all kept simple and straight forward and hard work and application
is rewarded accordingly.
In order to keep the team growing in the right direction, they now seek an experienced Fruit Buyer to help meet demands and enhance existing relationships with the extensive supply base. You should have a background and skills set that includes strong negotiating, an eye for detail, logistics and supply chain management. Working knowledge of the Spanish would also stand you in good stead.
